Difficulty reaching them by phone
Really pathetic customer service. I called in for Malibu parts, and the owner, Ron, answered and it seemed like I was asking him to move a mountain. Was not interested at all in helping, and also asked if I purchased the boat from his dealership. When I told him no, he said he could not help and hung up the phone on me!!

Poor customer service. Left a deposit and agreed to purchase a $32k boat which needed a new part/minor repair. Three weeks later they still had not made the repair and the boat was delivered without being able to shift into neutral or reverse. It did shift properly during a previous test drive. They would not agree to complete the repair and they left with the boat. Never received my deposit back and never heard from the owner again. Would not recommend
Very good marina with pleasant staff, nicely stocked store, good service department right in great cove.
