This is the 2nd Vehicle I've purchased through cars on 15. Service is next to none. Bruce is a great guy and will get you into a vehicle. The vehicle i purchased had a minor issue and not only did these guys immediately set me up with an appointment to have it fixed, they went above and beyond to make sure the repair was done right. Friendly service. Didnt feel pressured. Made it easy to car shop. Cars were all in good shape and great prices. I ended up with a 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid that I love!
Purchased a 2005 Grand Vitara 9 months ago and now the ecu computer went and there is electrical problems with the car...Was told to have it towed to THEIR mechanic at my exspence and they would look at the car at my exspence. Called their mechanic and was told it would take 10 to try to find the part my car needs...I am now with out a car....Would not recommwnd this place to ANYONE even if it was my worst of the worst enemy!!!! BUYER BEWARE STAY FAR AWAY!!!! Staff is only nice because they want your money could careless about your safety or well being!!!!
