What can you say about Dunkin Donuts? Good donuts and fresh even at 5pm. Coffee always fresh and a young staff who gets it right every time.
This Dunkin Donuts is absolutely the best one hands down! I love that they have a drive through and are open 24 hours! The staff always has a smile on their face and are always very attentive! And they never mess up my coffee! That's huge... I just want to thank them and say keep up the great work ! The manager, Patty and her staff make my morning commute so much better!
The worst in customer service. 8 people standing around, making busy work and chit chatting among themselves. When they do get your coffee, please check it before you leave. They got mine wrong the last two times in a row I was there. I ordered a french vanilla cream and sugar. One time no cream the second time no french vanilla. I try to avoid this location at all cost!

Service always takes forever on a normal basis. However my husband experienced rude workers that gave him an ice coffee instead of hot coffee. When he refused it explaining he had ordered hot coffee they were not cooperative and blamed him for not specify. Normally unless you want specify ice coffee coffee is generally hot. Now instead of trying to resolve the mistake they insisted he pay for the ice coffee even though he didn’t want it and to pay for a hot coffee he had ordered to begin with. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
Absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts we have ever been to. Trainers are rude to employees they are training, coffee is disgusting and they ALWAYS get orders wrong. We have gone there at least 50 times and they have gotten something wrong every single time.
